One week left of tattooing in Arizona!

Hello Everyone, as I am about to move to Oregon for my next adventure, I am offering last sessions to any clients who are wanting to finish a tattoo, fill in my schedule or do a small piece! My last day at Zen Tattoo is Sunday, December 14th. As I embark on my journey, I want to thank each and every one of you for helping me through my tattoo career and helping me figure out who I am, I am happy to have you.

If you cannot book with me this week, you can still support me in 2 different ways. You can either get a tattoo deposit drawing for $40, I can draw the tattoo up for you and have it ready for another artist. The second option is coming to The Tucson Tattoo Expo and getting tattooed by me there on March 6th-8th, 2026. Are you interested in getting tattooed at the expo? Click Here!

Anyways... Here is the form for booking with me for this last week before I grow my roots in Oregon. I love you all and please have an AMAZING HOLIDAY SEASON!!!

Deposit Policy - Terms of Agreement

~_{Please read the following, by providing a deposit, checkmarking and filling out the form you hereby agree and consent:}

-_{Tattoo appointment will be a minimum $40 deposit in order to schedule and secure time. This fee coveres the cost of the drawing time for your tattoo.}

-_{All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The fee does NOT go towards the cost of your tattoo.}

-_{All cancellations or reschedules without over 24 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment date will forfeit that deposit.}

-_{No call/No shows will require an additional deposit to reschedule. Repeatedly failing to show, or rescheduling, may result in being declined any future services. This will also automatically forfeit your design.}

-_{15 minutes late without notifying artist will require rescheduling and another deposit fee.}

-_{Changing design drastically more than 2 times, or within 72 hours proir to appointment will require a secondary deposit and/or rescheduling of your appointment.}

-_{Deposits left, or cancellations not rescheduled within 30 days will forfeit deposit.}

-_{It is clients responsibility to contact shop or artist if appointment cannot be kept as scheduled. The more advance notice, the better chance of the deposit to remain in good standing. We understand emergencies occur, it is per the artists discretion for leniency per situation.}

-_{If client requests tattooer (LarpLikeRae) to cosplay during the tattoo session, they will be charged an extra $75-$100 for the In-Character Tattoo Experience during the consultation process.}
